We had a great, long stay and enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk from a beautiful plaza by the port, making it easy for us to explore the area.

Highly recommended for overnight stay. It was fairly clean with really helpful staff. The atmosphere created was quiet. Appreciated decent location of the hotel. Bar Feve located 1 km away was a nice surprise. A ferry port was near the venue.

It's very close to the train station, the original reason why we booked it.
As it's close to the train station, the surroundings aren't the most pictureque.

We had no choice but to stay overnight in Santander to arrange our trip to Sarria. But that's another story. So, we were looking for a hotel not too expensive and not far away from public transport as we had to leave very early. Hostel San Glorio is a 10 minutes walk away from the bus station and the Renfe (railway). The hostel itself is a bit dated. Rooms are clean and beds are ok but still you cannot erase the dated feeling. Bathroom has a small bathtub/shower combination which (I guess) will make it difficult for people with fysical restrictions to get "in". The Hostel had so said Wifi access but I couldn't connect, not in the room nor at the reception - tried it morning and evening - didn't work. Staff is very kind and helpfull. Possibility to get breakfast at the café on the corner. If you want to go to the beach, there is a bus around the corner of the hostel that will take you there.

Good location to be by the train and bus stations. Rooms simple & functional, no fuss rooms.
No air con in the room - Tough in the hot July nights! Location is good if you want to be by the train or bus stations but is not near beaches - need to walk 40mins or catch a bus. Perhaps a little overpriced for what it is, similar places of this quality that I have stayed in Spain are about 15 - 20 euro cheaper. Wifi worked but not great

Conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. A supermarket and shops are within reach, so you won't have to go far to grab necessities. For a quick tea or coffee fix, Feve nearby is a great spot to visit! ☕

The location was convenient for our romantic escape. We were able to easily explore the city and access public transportation. It was also nice to have a supermarket nearby for any snacks or supplies we needed. the staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere during our stay.
There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the hotel lacked modern amenities such as air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the hot weather.

I recently stayed at Hotel San Glorio for a couple of days. The location was super convenient, close to both the bus terminal and the boardwalk. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with a bathtub for some relaxation. The area was quiet, with bars and shops nearby. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were tidied every day, and the linens were changed daily as well. The hotel staff were all friendly and created a nice atmosphere. Although it may not offer all the luxuries of a 5-star hotel, it is a great option for those seeking a cheap and enjoyable trip. The hotel's location, being near the city center and bus station, made it very convenient. The beach was also within walking distance, but there were buses available for those who didn't feel like walking. The rooms, although small, were cozy and kept clean. The internet connection in my room was excellent. My only suggestion would be to inquire beforehand about internet coverage in the specific room you will be staying in. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and inexpensive stay.

The staff was really friendly and nice to talk to. The atmosphere around here was peaceful and calm. This place is in a great spot, super close to where you can catch the ferry. Plus, there's a cool place nearby called Degusto Gastro Bar where you can grab some quick bites. 🍔

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a quiet area next to the airport. The location of the property was marvelous and magnificent, relatively close to a bustling neoclassical square.- The staff were all pleasant and accommodating.
